Online Registration System

Welcome to our online Summer Camp registration system. This system will allow you as a unit leader to register your unit for camp including updating rosters, advancement sign-up and online payments. Select the event to check availability, create a new registration or edit an existing registration. Make sure to check out the help guide that is linked below.

Please note: Registration typically closes one week before the event, to allow proper planning and ordering of food and supplies. Please make every effort to register at least one week in advance to ensure the best quality program.

Convenience Fee Notice:

To offset the service cost of electronic payments a convenience fee will be added to all credit card and electronic check payments.  To avoid these convenience fees you may mail or deliver your payments to one of the council offices.

2016 Summer Camp:

  • Enter Scout and Leader names starting April 1st
  • Enter merit badge registrations starting April 15th at 6:00am
  • Camp Independence Reservation Fee is $5 per camper (youth and adult).
  • Camp Liberty and Camp Freedom Reservation Fees are $10 per camper (youth and adult).
  • High Adventure Reservation Fees are $25 per camper (youth and adult)
  • The Reservation Fees are non-refundable but are transferable to a new registrant from your unit.

Please note: Units that have not camped with LHC in the past four years will need to call (412-325-7921) or e-mail  to set up an account. Returning units may register with their existing accounts.
