Japeechen Spring COPE-O-REE

Saturday May 7^th Camp Guyasuta 8:00 to ~5:00 on

Troops are encouraged to camp for the weekend May 6^th - 8^th

and should contact Molly at Flag Plaza to reserve a site or shelter.

This event is for Webelos, Scouts and Scouters.

Lunch is provided. We need adult volunteers to help prepare and clean up.

Units must register by April 6^th April 22 is the last date to add additional participants. Cope instructors and food must be obtained.

Please register ASAP.

Cost is $10 a person - this covers COPE fees, patch, lunch and insurance.

You must have both for all participants :

1. parental consent/hold harmless agreement

2. copy of medical form – scout or non-scout

These forms are on the gpc-bsa.org web site under camping-cope

We need a list of all (youth and Adults) who will be participating on the cope course
