Tour Plan Instructions
To sign a tour plan electronically:

Fill out the tour plan completely

Click the “Sign” button on the toolbar at the top

Click and drag the area you wish to sign (areas for Unit Leaders to sign at the bottom of the first page)

If you have not signed electronically before, you will be prompted to create a new digital signature, otherwise, select the signature you wish to use

Be sure not to lock the document when signing it (leave box unchecked), otherwise the second signature will not be able to be added

The document will now include your electronic signature

Save the document and e-mail (with these instructions)to either the unit’s Committee Chair, Charter Organization Representative or the unit leader for the second digital signature to be added(again, do not lock the document so that the council can sign for approval)

E-mail the completed Tour Plan to Mollieann Gray at
mollieann.gray@scouting.org
for approval.

The tour plan will be returned to the Adult Leader reponsible for the group.
